そこから始まったのは、お菓子と引き換えに放たれる、お姉ちゃんの「生おなら」という禁断のご褒美。
しかし、お姉ちゃんは知らなかった。
昨夜食べた「激辛ラーメン」が、お腹の中で牙を剥いていることを……。
